Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing needs, concerns, and escalation paths Develop success plans, track adoption KPIs, and ensure value realization for clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, care navigation, product, engineering) to ensure consistent delivery Prepare and present regular business reviews with data-driven insights to showcase Isaac Health's value and identify opportunities for growth.
