About the role: As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with FIS clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery. The ideal candidate will: Have Payments Network experience Resolve complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge and skills Exercise judgment in decision making, determine approach, methods and procedures to use on new assignments. May coordinate and guide the work of others Be assigned to the most highly visible, sensitive and critical clients Have proven ability to identify and facilitate commercial opportunities Recommend and participate in CS improvement initiatives Please note: this is a full-time role with a required hybrid schedule in the location posted.
