Centerfield is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Intern to support our Client Success team. This internship is designed for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and account management within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. As a Client Success Intern, you will work closely with Account Managers and leadership to support day-to-day operations, client deliverables, reporting processes, and cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in client success, digital marketing, or account management. This internship provides exposure to real client programs, internal strategy discussions, and operational processes — offering a strong foundation for future growth into roles such as an Account Coordinator and beyond.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong interest in client success, digital marketing, account management, or advertising
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Success team in delivering high-quality experiences across assigned client programs
  • Assist Account Managers with administrative and operational tasks to ensure client requests and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Participate in internal meetings and client calls, including note-taking and follow-up documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Business Development, Operations) to support client initiatives
  • Learn Centerfield’s products, services, and internal systems to build foundational knowledge of digital marketing
