About The Position

Thank you for considering Progyny! Progyny is seeking a Client Success Intern to support the continued growth and operational efficiency of the Client Success team. This role will provide additional capacity for key initiatives and day-to-day operational support, enabling Client Success Managers (CSMs) to focus on strategic, high-impact work. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client operations, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing meaningfully to ongoing Client Success initiatives. Progyny’s internship program begins June 2nd, 2026 and culminates with a presentation to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in client success, operations, or healthcare technology
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist with administrative and tactical responsibilities including data entry, client communications, and maintaining client records.
  • Support the execution of operational processes that improve team workflows and performance.
  • Contribute to ongoing Client Success projects such as client satisfaction surveys, onboarding guides, and process improvements.
  • Support client-facing initiatives including webinars, communications, and other engagement activities as needed.
  • Help collect, organize, and analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support reporting efforts that inform Client Success strategies and decision-making.
  • Partner with Client Success team members to enhance and develop internal content within Spekit, Progyny’s knowledge management platform.
  • Help ensure documentation remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with evolving team needs.
