The Client Success / Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience across the Insights platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients — driving satisfaction, retention, and renewals while partnering closely with the Operations and Product teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs. You’ll partner closely with the Operations team to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality deliverables — translating complex workflows into a seamless client experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at relationship management, and takes full ownership of client outcomes with clear communication, accountability, and a bias toward action.
