About The Position

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing your own client base by marketing Robert Half's services for contract talent solutions, leveraging your background in graphic design, marketing, advertising, and corporate communications. This involves conducting video, telephone, in-person, and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers, as well as participating in local association and networking events. A core part of the role is selecting well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintaining ongoing contact with clients and contract professionals to ensure exceptional customer service, and resolving any customer service issues efficiently. The position requires meeting and exceeding weekly business development goals. Robert Half is described as the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
  • A combination of business development and account management skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
  • Proven track record of success
  • Competitive and self-motivated individual

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Major in Marketing, Design or IT desired
  • 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design-related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for contract talent solutions using your proven graphic design, marketing, advertising and corporate communications background
  • Market via video, telephone as well as conduct in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers
  • Participate in local association and networking events to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
  • Maintain on-going contact with client companies and contract professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals
