With 0-3 years of experience, this role offers the opportunity to build relationships, manage key tasks, and deliver exceptional service while working with a dedicated team. In the capacity as Client Services Support, the role will focus on the provision of support and project work as assigned. Ability to support multiple individuals simultaneously manage priorities, and deliver with appropriate timelines Support team members in their tasks related to client account management Summarize client activity and upload information into Salesforce CRM Monitor, track, and report capital inflows Assist with coordinating events including setup of booths and mailing materials and promotional items Ensure preparedness for client meetings (e.g. assemble meeting materials, assist with PowerPoint presentations) Organize roadshows, client events, conferences, and travel abroad in multiple calendars Numerous ad hoc projects and requests Have strong initiative and follow-up with focus on details The Client Services Support must have professional qualifications and be dedicated, extremely flexible, and resilient. Candidate must be very independent and work in a well-structured way, completing the tasks in a professional fashion.
