About The Position

The Client Services (CS) Representative’s responsibility is multi-faceted and encompasses various activities to meet the needs of our clientele. Our CS representatives act a liaison between the company, showrooms, and clients, providing valuable product information and resolving problem with efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy. Our CS representatives must also maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while increasing and adding value to the company.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Applications
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify client’s needs to achieve maximum satisfaction while managing large volumes of calls and web chats
  • Respond promptly to clientele inquiries in a professional manner by providing product insight, availability, and company processes
  • Resolve product or servicing issues by clarifying the client’s complaint, following up with warehouse, explaining the best solution or alternatives to solve the problem and expediting a solution
  • Maintain positive and empathetic professional attitudes towards clients at all times
  • Data entry and processing of orders, reserves, samples, book requests as well as registering new client accounts
  • Effectively and efficiency manage assigned showrooms acting as their main point of contact for resolving issues, building positive rapports, and achieve win-win outcomes
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, managers and clients respectfully when necessary by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate internally with various departments assisting in facilitating client needs and requests
  • All other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by CS Manager or Senior Management
