Labcorp is seeking a Remote Client Services Representative to join a dynamic team in support of our Shelton, CT lab. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently, resulting in exceptional client and patient care. The Client Services Representative handles a wide variety of needs from simple to complex, working within a caring and supportive team that strives to provide a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, appreciates the importance of their role in patient care, and feels motivated to be part of a great team in an innovative company. Pay Range: $22.00- $28.00 All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am - 5pm Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
