Position: Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR) Location: Sahuaro Vista Veterinary Clinic Schedule: Full-Time (Hospital hours are Monday - Saturday) Compensation & Benefits: Highly Competitive, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary or medical front office setting is highly preferred, but exceptional customer service experience in any field will be considered.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with veterinary software (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Attributes: A positive attitude, a high level of empathy and compassion, strong problem-solving skills, and reliability.
  • Passion: A genuine love for animals and a dedication to providing outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Welcoming Voice and Face: Greet clients and patients with a genuine, warm, and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
  • Master of Organization: Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments efficiently, and organize patient records accurately.
  • Client Liaison: Explain routine procedures, answer client questions, process payments, and coordinate communication between clients and our DVM/Tech team.
  • Administrative Support: Handle admissions and discharges, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and manage inventory of front-desk supplies.
  • Team Support: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work culture!
