About The Position

Use computer databases, electronic spreadsheets, desktop publishing, word processing, and statistical applications to manipulate, analyze, and present data for both internal and client purposes.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACSI clients to understand their unique reporting packets and requirements.
  • Conduct regular telephone, email, or in-person contact with client and ensure service satisfaction level of reports and report analysis as needed.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies/issues presented by the client in regards to data integrity in a timely manner.
  • Escalate client issues to Supervisor and/or Sales Executive.
  • Provide support to Sales Executives with monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Ensure reports are prepared and sent based on contract/client requirements that are correct, concise, simplified and properly branded.
  • Knowledge of basic account and client data.
  • Other projects as directed by Supervisor.
  • Effectively manage all client reporting needs with keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via email and over the phone
  • Support DSS and CSRs with internal reports for Client Services including daily, monthly placement reports, Client Call reports, Dispute reports, etc.
