The Client Services Representative (CSR) supports high-touch, time-critical clients by coordinating delivery activity, entering and verifying shipment data, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining constant communication with customers and internal teams. CSRs are essential to our 24/7/365 operations and are trusted to make decisions quickly while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and empathy.
