Location: East Providence, RI Hours: 11am to 7:30pm Days: Monday - Friday +Rotating Saturday Full Time: Benefits Eligible What you'll do: Verify correct patient information & branch comments. Follow-up with physicians/patients as is necessary. Keep supervisor advised on the status of all client services projects or problems within the department Make recommendations on improving operational procedures. Work independently in problem solving and troubleshooting Conduct themselves in confidential manor in accordance with HIPPA mandates. As assigned, provide training and guidance to new personnel in the areas of telephone procedures, and department tasks/operations. Maintain professional interpersonal skills with patients and physicians with whom the incumbent has contact with. Establishes and maintains good rapport with other company departments as well as other co-workers. Assists in maintaining accurate records and patient documentation on a timely basis Maintain knowledge of all computer functions and operations and including pertinent changes to Client Services software and internet operations. Functions as a resource to other Client Services representatives on software matters. Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • Customer service experience, data entry/general clerical experience required
  • Computer experience a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical or laboratory experience preferred.
