Client Services Representative
About The Position
Parmele Disability Advocates is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting both our staff and clients by handling inbound calls, transferring calls as needed, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring every interaction results in a positive client experience. You'll often be the first point of contact for prospective and current clients, making professionalism, empathy, and clear communication essential to success in this role. Requirements
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Ability to set an appropriate tone and pace during client calls
- Demonstrates consistent care and professionalism on every call
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in phone-based customer service and/or client services is a plus
Responsibilities
