The Client Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance and support. This role is responsible for providing high-quality customer service, managing client intake processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the efficient delivery of services. The position plays a vital role in promoting a welcoming environment that reflects the organization's mission to uphold dignity, compassion, and equity for every client. ORGANIZATIONAL REQUIREMENTS As a mission driven nonprofit organization, all employees are required to contribute to organization wide initiatives that support community impact. This includes participation in up to (6) six Pop-Up and Give events annually. These occur outside of standard business hours and are scheduled on the third Saturday of the month.
