We are looking for a full-time Client Services Representative to join our team. Description Our CSRs provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients, support the doctors and support staff, and look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year working within a customer service environment
Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new
Excellent communication
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well within a team

Nice To Haves

Experience with EZVet is a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
Oversee the clinic
Manage and assist client in the euthanasia paperwork
Discuss payment choices with
Process Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distribute daily mail and purging charts in
Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the
Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff
May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational
Perform other job duties as
