Our Client Services Representatives are the communication hub that keeps everything moving accurately, calmly, and on time. This is not a script-based call center role. It’s a fast-paced operations support position where your judgment, empathy, and attention to detail matter. Job Summary The Client Services Representative (CSR) supports high-touch, time-critical clients by coordinating delivery activity, entering and verifying shipment data, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining constant communication with customers and internal teams. CSRs are essential to our 24/7/365 operations and are trusted to make decisions quickly while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to remain focused and accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • High sense of urgency and accountability
  • Empathy-driven customer service mindset
  • Comfort with multitasking and frequent task switching
  • Open availability to support a 24/7 operation
  • Current shift 10:00am-7:00pm Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
  • Background and drug screening required
  • We are an E-Verify employer.
  • Completion of required training upon hire, including HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen, Dry Ice, TSA, and COVID-19 safety training

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients regarding active, time-sensitive deliveries
  • Enter, update, and verify shipment data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues or delays
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams and drivers
  • Maintain calm, professional communication in urgent situations
  • Follow client, regulatory, and company procedures
