Animal Hospital of Los Lunas is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our busy, well-established small animal practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people and pets, and understand the flow of a veterinary hospital, we want to hear from you. Our hospital provides wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and compassionate support to dogs and cats and their families. The front desk is the heart of our hospital, and we value the role our CSRs play in client experience and hospital flow. About Us Animal Hospital of Los Lunas is a privately owned and operated full-service veterinary hospital located in Los Lunas, New Mexico. We offer medical, surgical, radiographic, ultrasound, laboratory, euthanasia and urgent care. We are committed to providing each patient with an exceptional level of care and attention. Our dedicated staff works together as a team to provide high quality comprehensive care. Our compassionate and understanding veterinarians, technicians and receptionists understand each patients’ unique needs. Requirements

  • Previous experience as a veterinary CSR front-desk team member (required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Experience checking in/out clients, collecting payments, and verifying client information
  • Comfortable handling multiple phone lines, emails, and in-person clients
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emotional situations
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
