Animal Hospital of Los Lunas is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our busy, well-established small animal practice. Requirements
- Previous experience as a veterinary CSR front-desk team member (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Experience checking in/out clients, collecting payments, and verifying client information
- Comfortable handling multiple phone lines, emails, and in-person clients
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in emotional situations
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
