The Client Services Representative (CSR) will be responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth for an assigned portfolio, engaging with customers and collaborating with colleagues in the office. This role involves driving account management processes, responding to client inquiries, identifying issues and sales opportunities, visiting client sites, and facilitating sales leads and the Service Linkage program. The CSR will also attend sales and client support development trainings and meetings.
