About The Position

The Client Services Program Coordinator serves as the primary on-site representative for Working Wardrobes within our partner-hosted Wardrobe Center at OC Workforce Solutions in Brea. Operating within a shared community facility, this role ensures clients experience a welcoming, organized, and professional journey through our wardrobe and career readiness services. Working closely with the Assistant Wardrobe Center Manager, volunteer Personal Stylists, and Workforce Center partners, this position coordinates daily client flow, scheduling, workshops, and special events—bringing clarity, calm, and confidence to every client interaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of administrative or client-facing experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, service-oriented, and adaptable approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based video platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Valid California Driver’s License with reliable transportation.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working with public assistance recipients, low-income job seekers, veterans, or justice-impacted individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide clients through the Working Wardrobes Wardrobe Center within the partner facility.
  • Conduct client screenings, schedule appointments, and complete reminder outreach.
  • Serve as liaison to volunteer Personal Stylists, including onboarding support and schedule coordination.
  • Support client navigation in a shared facility environment in partnership with OC Workforce Solutions staff.
  • Coordinate client appointments, workshops, and special events with Workforce Center teams and Career Development leadership.
  • Prepare workshop materials, sign-in sheets, and room setups.
  • Arrange and support virtual sessions using Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Communicate with community agencies and partner organizations regarding referrals and services.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, data entry, and maintenance of accurate client and program records.
  • Track referrals, participation, and reporting across organizational systems.
  • Order supplies, maintain organized program areas, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and special projects as assigned.
