About The Position

As a Client Services Manager, you will nurture strong commercial relationships with our life science clients. You will facilitate the delivery of world-class client work, partnering with multi-disciplinary teams, to deliver strategic, results-driven marketing solutions to support clients in achieving their growth objectives. You will be an essential point of contact for our clients, using feedback and regular account reviews to build long-term trusted relationships that drive client satisfaction across your account portfolio.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing a client portfolio, ideally within a B2B agency environment.
  • Experience working within a similar service-based agency environment, with a track record of supporting a client portfolio.
  • Strong track record of building client relationships and identifying business growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data/insight into meaningful actions.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Ability to project manage cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding results in a collaborative environment.
  • You will be a passionate advocate for delivering growth for your clients. Demonstrating commercial acumen, resilience and agility in the ways you work.
  • Constantly curious - your ability to approach challenges and opportunities with curiosity to develop genuinely creative solutions for clients.
  • You will be highly motivated by results and achieving goals, and will play a key role in ambassadoring this approach to your wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all client work to ensure it is aligned with client briefs and meets internal quality standards.
  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing plans, incorporating a range of service propositions including digital, content, PR, and design.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, content, digital, PR) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, maintaining world-class standards.
  • Build strong client relationships to nurture and grow your portfolio of client accounts.
  • Oversee key client service activities for your client portfolio, ensuring quality of service, client retention and client growth.
  • Utilise SOWs, SLAs and revenue recognition to inform your workload and ensure client objectives are delivered within scope, on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and workshops to offer sector and technical insight.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to deliver tangible business results and ROI.
  • Partner with key client stakeholders, utilising your influence and persuasion skills to drive account performance (Client satisfaction and commercial objectives).
  • Support senior client service colleagues in a range of business development activities, including proposals, pitches and integrated marketing strategies.
  • Regularly monitor market intelligence to track competitor movement and market developments.
  • Maintain the highest level of accuracy in your client records, using CRM updates to ensure efficient project tracking.
  • Ensure that senior members of the team are consulted and informed of business opportunities & potential risks.
