Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Basic proficiency with online tools (Google Workspace, email, scheduling tools)

  • Experience in customer service, events, hospitality, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with coordination, scheduling, or logistics

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication (email, messaging, and calls)
  • Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and event-related logistics
  • Support planning for events, including venues, accommodations, and activities
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate records, timelines, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal team members to keep projects on track
  • Follow established workflows and systems to ensure consistency
