Description The Client Services Coordinator provides day-to-day support for client programs in the healthcare, energy, government, financial services, and insurance sectors. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely execution of client requests, with a special emphasis on overseeing complex special handling requests that require detailed research, as well as monitoring daily file transmissions and approving orders. This is a highly operational role that requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be research savvy, eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to supporting both clients and internal teams.
