About The Position

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing general support to a group of sales professionals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
  • Ability to explain detailed information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive approach.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing/graphics experience and real estate industry experience ideal.
  • Strong marketing knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and support the Broker commission payment process.
  • Prepare expense reports in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Draft templated real estate agreement and associated disclosures.
  • Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce materials.
  • Support print production: printing, binding, finishing.
  • Coordinate sophisticated meetings and conferences.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans and coordinate meeting room reservations.
  • Update and maintain various information databases.
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
  • Explain detailed and/or complicated information. Comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos. Write routine reports and communications.
  • Respond to common questions or complaints.
