About The Position

TRUST Environmental Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Part-Time Client Services Claims Specialist to support our Customer Experience (CX) team. This role is ideal for someone with administrative and insurance-related experience who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys being a reliable point of support for both clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of administrative or client support experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Proven customer service mindset with a professional communication style
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Industry and/or insurance experience preferred
  • Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and client service support to the CX team
  • Facilitate, track, and manage Work Authorizations from start to completion
  • Confirm and verify insurance coverage for active claims
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate, organized records and documentation across systems
  • Support timely claim progression by managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
