About The Position

A growing IT services organization is seeking a motivated Client Services / Business Development Executive to support and expand its IT Workforce Solutions practice. This role focuses on maintaining existing client relationships, expanding current accounts, and driving proactive business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for recent business graduates or MBAs who are eager to build a long-term career in sales, client management, and business development within the IT staffing and services industry. Prior experience is not required—training and mentorship will be provided.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Must be located in Central New Jersey and available for onsite work

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Prior sales or staffing experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business within current client accounts
  • Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand client hiring needs and coordinate internally to support timely candidate delivery
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings; follow up consistently on action items
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within internal systems
  • Support revenue growth through disciplined, consistent sales and relationship-building activities
