An Introduction Musictoday is the preferred end-to-end eCommerce provider for a roster of over 100 clients managing over 600 direct to consumer stores in the music, sports, and entertainment industries. Musictoday is an equal-opportunity employer. What does a Client Services Account Assistant do? As a vital member of Musictoday, the Client Services Account Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the Account Management team with the smooth operation and upkeep of our dynamic online stores. This exciting position revolves around maximizing revenue through innovative strategies aimed at increasing the webstore's conversion rate and average order value. Working closely with the Account Management Team, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the performance metrics of our online stores, help to implement data-driven enhancements, and contribute to the delightful shopping experiences for our music-loving customers. Your passion for music and technology will shine as you help drive success in a fun and energetic workplace!

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required. May also consider an equivalent experience and education mix.
  • Positive attitude.
  • A passion for music & entertainment along with an understanding of those industries.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Great organizational and time management skills on a personal and team level are a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role as there is frequent interaction with clients, vendors and other functional areas of the business.
  • Results oriented, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, data manipulation and formatting, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas

Nice To Haves

  • Solid understanding of online and direct marketing programs is a plus.
  • An understanding of the eCommerce industry is a plus.
