Join us as a Client Service Supervisor ETF Team Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Client Service Supervisor to join our ETF Team. In this role you will be the escalation point for complex client inquiries, be responsible for high client service, custody, and for managing a team. Some of your key responsibilities include: Custody subject matter expertise is important for this role. You will be dealing with clients helping to resolve custody related inquiries as well as managing junior staff to ensure deadlines are being met. Understanding corporate action processing and trade processing is relevant as well.

Requirements

  • Strong custody background
  • Understanding of Corporate Actions
  • Have a risk mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Balance best practice with practical solutions
  • Strong technical ability
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills
  • BS/BA degree (finance or accounting related concentration preferred), and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong custody experience and knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • ETF experience is preferred
  • Managing or supervisory experience preferred
