The hospital is seeking a Full Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring clients and patients receive a warm welcome and excellent care. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building and demonstrate empathy in all communications, both in person and over the phone. As a frontline representative, the Client Service Representative must consistently exhibit courtesy, compassion, and a positive attitude when interacting with clients, patients, and coworkers. The practice is a busy 3-doctor, AAHA-certified small animal and exotics practice with a long history of providing excellent veterinary care, building trusting client relationships, and maintaining a fun, rewarding, and engaging team culture.
