Brandermill Animal Hospital is seeking a Full Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their team. They are looking for a candidate with strong client service skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The primary responsibility of the Client Service Representative is to ensure clients and patients are warmly welcomed and well cared for. The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship building and demonstrates empathy when communicating in person and over the phone. As a frontline representative, a client service representative must prioritize courtesy, compassion, and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, patients, and coworkers. Brandermill Animal Hospital is a busy 3-doctor, AAHA-certified, small animal and exotics practice located in Midlothian, VA, with a long history of providing excellent veterinary care, building trusting client relationships, and fostering a fun, rewarding, and engaging team culture.
