Look no further! At Hoffman Animal Hospital, we’re thrilled to offer a CSR position that lets you thrive in veterinary medicine. This is a full-time or part-time position. Compensation for this role is a $16- $22/hour based on experience, with opportunities for overtime. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in customer service required (preference for prior veterinary industry experience).
• Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can switch gears easily.
• Team Player: You’re proactive and willing to help.
• Passion for Animals: You treat every client with kindness and respect.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Frontline Ambassador: Be the friendly face (or voice) that greets clients and their furry companions.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
• Client Education: Educate pet owners on preventive care, treatment options, and wellness plans.
• Billing and Payments: Handle financial transactions with finesse and empathy.
• Complaint Resolution: Turn frowns upside down by addressing concerns and finding solutions.
• Community Engagement: Client Follow-Up: Check in on patients post-treatment and address any concerns.
• Educational Events: Participate in workshops, pet health seminars, and community outreach.
• Social Media Savvy: Help spread the word about our exceptional services through engaging content.
