About The Position

IC System is seeking a Client Service Representative who aligns with the company's core focus and values, contributing to a positive culture and collaborative team environment. Founded in 1938, IC System is a privately held accounts receivable management firm operating on ethical collection practices, now in its third generation of family ownership. The company's purpose is “Making Collections Better,” guiding all decisions and interactions. The Client Service Representative will support client needs by providing accurate and timely information and guidance throughout the client lifecycle, including onboarding, account servicing, and product support.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, and web portals

Responsibilities

  • Provide client service support for inquiries, escalations, account servicing, onboarding, and billing questions
  • Use internal resources and systems to research and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively within a shared team environment to support overall client service needs
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, chat, and web portal, providing clear and accurate information
  • Maintain a strong understanding of internal processes to ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Provide account level updates and relevant client information as needed
  • Navigate internal systems to locate and verify client data
  • Understand file processing, client onboarding, products, operational procedures, and financial documents to provide clients with accurate information
  • Deliver reports and information accurately and within required timelines
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy while maintaining high standards of client service
