You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure our clients feel supported every step of the way. This role is all about making a difference by providing expert care and solutions that meet their needs. How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for your clients, ensuring their accounts are managed with care and precision. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, lead the renewal process, and secure additional services to meet client needs. By fostering strong relationships, you’ll help retain clients and enhance their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client service experience with a focus in the entertainment industry.
  • Property and Casualty Licensing as required for the role.
  • Experience managing client relationships, preferably in insurance.
  • Financial acumen and the ability to balance priorities effectively.
  • Comfort using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Entertainment accounts, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Production team to lead the renewal process and deliver the best solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their go-to resource.
  • Drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage to meet client needs.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
