Working under the direction of the HIV Program Coordinator, the Client Services Director is responsible for the development and coordination of client services for Shannon Supportive Health Services, direct client care, and supervision of other case management staff. In addition to maintaining a caseload and providing case management services (either medical or non-medical as defined in the DSHS HIV Service Taxonomy) to HIV positive individuals, the Client Service Director will also supervise other case management staff also provide case management services (either medical or non-medical) to HIV positive individuals. Overall case management activities may include but are not limited to intakes, assessments/reassessments, coordination of medical care, support planning, linkage with medical or social services, monitoring client progress, client advocacy, and maintenance of accurate and complete records of services. The Client Services Director will supervise and review all case management activities to assure that comprehensive case management services provided by case management staff that meet or exceed those defined in the most recent DSHS HIV Service Taxonomy.
