About The Position

The Customer Service Extraordinaire (CSE) – Access Control & Reservations is responsible for managing and maintaining all resident access systems and amenity reservations within the community. This role ensures a seamless and secure experience for residents by overseeing gate access, amenity entry, and reservation coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related work experience in a professional setting. Ideally, at least 1 year in property management or hospitality management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college coursework preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills, with experience in conflict resolution and escalation.
  • Experience with access control systems, reservation platforms, or property management software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and adapt to new systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure access for new amenities as they are introduced within the community
  • Oversee all amenity reservations, including scheduling, confirmations, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date access permissions for residents, guests, and vendors
  • Monitor system functionality and proactively address access or reservation issues
  • Provide timely and professional support to residents regarding access and reservations
  • Collaborate with property management and onsite teams to ensure smooth operations across all systems
  • Maintain organized records of access credentials and reservation activity
  • Program, issue, and manage resident fobs, key cards, and gate access credentials
  • Maintain and troubleshoot access control systems for gates, pools, clubhouses, and other amenities
