Medical, Dental, Prescription & Vision Benefits Life, AD&D, and LTD insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays Company-Matched 401(k) and IRA Retirement Savings Qualifications: Must hold an active Alarm Systems Installer license, or have a recently expired registration eligible for reactivation, with the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Program Electronic Access Control Device Installer registration preferred (required for access control work) Experience installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems in commercial environments Experience with Fire Alarm Systems is a plus Ability to read blueprints and site maps Experience with voice and data cabling is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) Proficiency with smartphones, computers, email, spreadsheets, and internal systems Possession of basic low-voltage/telecom tools, PPE, and reliable transportation during training Key Responsibilities May Include: Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Alarm Systems Running low voltage and composite cables in commercial buildings, including conduit work and concrete drilling Cutting in door strikes and maglocks as needed Completing all wiring, connections, and equipment installations to meet customer satisfaction and contractual requirements Collaborating with Installation Team Leads or Project Managers to manage schedules and equipment delivery Conducting system tests and troubleshooting to ensure full functionality and compliance with local, state, and federal codes Providing technical escalation support both on-site and remotely Travel and Training Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in the last 3 years) Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75–100%) and work flexible shifts, including overnight travel Must have reliable personal transportation for use during the initial training period; must be willing to attend a mandatory one-week, in-person technician orientation in Lowell, Arkansas upon hire; orientation is scheduled shortly after hire based on the next available session, and a company vehicle will be provided upon completion of orientation $30 - $40 an hour Based on experience/qualifications. Requirements

  • Must hold an active Alarm Systems Installer license, or have a recently expired registration eligible for reactivation, with the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Program

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
