About The Position
Join a fast‑growing, tech‑first business insurance provider that’s redefining how small businesses get coverage. This is a true inbound customer service role. You’ll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.
Requirements
- Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)
- Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Dependability and a team‑first mindset
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one‑call resolution
- Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
- Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
- Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
- Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow‑ups
- Contribute to a team‑focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
