About The Position

You’ll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance. Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience
  • Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Dependability and a team‑first mindset
  • Associate's degree required if non-licensed
  • Active insurance license Required in San Antonio

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance customer service experience
  • Active insurance license Preferred but not required in Omaha

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one‑call resolution
  • Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
  • Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
  • Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow‑ups
  • Contribute to a team‑focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
