Requirements

Customer service or call center experience
Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Dependability and a team‑first mindset
Associate's degree required if non-licensed
Active insurance license Required in San Antonio
Active insurance license Preferred but not required in Omaha
