About The Position

Our Client Resource Center (Call Center) is looking for a full-time 40/hr position for our Redding location. Outgoing, goal-oriented individual to join our fast- paced team today. Call Center and/or banking, office experience required. Experience in customer service capacity a plus. Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including Word and Excel, spreadsheet and email software programs required. Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent customer service and phone skills. Must have the ability to work in a high-paced team environment, with the ability to multi-task and to establish and maintain customer relationships. Salary range for this position is $20.00/hr to $26.00/hr DOE Minimum Qualifications Completion of high school or equivalent. Experience A combination of education and experience equivalent to: 1 year of call center and/or other related experience required, 2 or more years preferred. Knowledge of general office practices and personal computer operations including word processing, spreadsheet and email software programs.
