We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Client Relationship Executive Manager to join the team in our Bethesda office. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm where most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are expected to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. YOUR TEAM. You will be part of our sales organization, working within a structured, team‑based model that emphasizes collaboration, consistent processes, and professional development. The Sales function partners closely with Marketing and diverse delivery teams to support target activation, opportunity development, and long‑term client growth. Within that structure, you will be aligned to the Washington, DC Metro market, supporting local client and prospect activity while collaborating directly with the Office Managing Partner, other Client Relationship Executives, Sales Leadership, and local industry group leaders. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Partners, Inside Sales, Marketing, and delivery teams to support the full client lifecycle — from prospecting and discovery through opportunity qualification, negotiation, and handoff. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage a portfolio of priority accounts, supporting revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross‑sell efforts Execute target activation from assigned target lists through outreach, meetings, and follow‑up Conduct client meetings, target outreach, and discovery conversations, with support from others, as needed Support the sales cycle with additional account research, meeting preparation, and follow‑up Identify and engage Centers of Influence (COIs) (e.g., referral sources) Prepare and deliver client presentations and capabilities discussions Coordinate effective handoffs to pursuit and delivery teams for solution scoping Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation, ensuring strong pipeline hygiene Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, and delivery teams to support go‑to‑market efforts Support local market growth through target activation, client engagement, and opportunity generation, while collaborating with sales and office leadership, other CREs, and pursuit teams to advance qualified opportunities. YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related client‑facing role Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships Comfort engaging with clients at various levels, including C-Suite executives Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills Experience working with or supporting CRM systems (Dynamics or Salesforce preferred) Experienced sales skills including qualification, discovery, and value‑based conversations Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications: Experience in professional services, consulting, construction, engineering, architecture, or related industries Exposure to proposal coordination, pursuit support, or account planning Familiarity with working alongside senior sales leaders or partners Experience supporting local or regional sales efforts rather than national ownership Tools & Systems you will use: CRM platforms (Dynamics or Salesforce) Sales intelligence and research tools (e.g., SalesIntel, Introhive, Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Power BI dashboards (basic to intermediate usage) Marketing and proposal tools In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, to name a few.
