General Description We are seeking a Client Relations and Development Analyst to join our team. The Client Relations and Development Analyst will support the Client Relations Manager in driving new business and strengthening client relationships. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategic planning processes to successfully execute business development strategies for the Client Relation and Opportunities (CRO) team. This client-facing role is responsible for supporting and leading initiatives aimed at increasing firm revenue and expanding client and referral relationships through essential new business opportunities that align with CMAS objectives in the region/area determined by Management. The ideal candidate will bring valuable experience and relationships within the oil and gas sector and demonstrate a proactive, self-starting attitude. We're looking for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with different partners and professionals to strengthen client relationships. This approach is essential for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in our industry. Additionally, as part of the CRO team, the analyst will help manage events, coordinate essential projects (e.g., core industry conferences) for the Corporate, M&A, and Securities (CMAS) section, prepare and schedule conference meetings and materials, and assist with both internal and external client outreach. The position blends analytical rigor with strong interpersonal skills to ensure exceptional client experience and long-term relationship success.
