About The Position

We’re looking for a Client Project Manager to support our senior project managers with daily tasks and manage smaller client accounts. If you’re someone who’s eager to learn, loves staying organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board. This role will give you the chance to work closely with clients and help manage key aspects of their projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or Account Manager
• Previous experience in an agency or marketing environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with task management on Asana
• Quick learner, eager to be coached
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks each day without feeling overwhelmed

Nice To Haves

• Strong communication skills (both oral and written), especially for task management
• Experience with email marketing and social media

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks in our Asana system, including inputting audit and quarterly plan tasks
• Clean up outdated or incomplete projects in Asana
• Assist with client meeting preparations
• Communicate with and manage smaller client accounts
• Work closely with the SVP of Business Development, taking on some of her client accounts
• Take ownership of small client accounts
