About The Position

The Pricing Operations Analyst at CVS Health is responsible for preparing status reporting, status updates, and identifying risks for all tasks associated with pricing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, Audit cases, Client Reconciliation reports, tracking and reporting Objects and Key Results (OKRs), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance reports. The role involves creating daily status reports, collaborating with team members to obtain status, and communicating with management on status and risks. The analyst will also deliver updates at team meetings and presentations, escalate complex cases and outstanding tasks to management, identify recurring issues, and share feedback with leadership. This position requires the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, a high degree of drive, initiative, and follow-through, and strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. The analyst will also monitor and report key performance metrics and perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Requirements

  • Experience working with standard Microsoft Office product with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree required or relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever- changing environment.
  • Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert in accurate and specific documentation.
  • Strong report and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Create daily status reports and identify risk of meeting deliverable dates.
  • Collaborate with team members to obtain status.
  • Communicate with management on status and risk associated with all task support by Client Pricing Team.
  • Delivers at team meetings and presentations to provide updates on current initiatives projects and/or task.
  • Escalate complex cases and outstanding task to management.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and organization.
  • Monitors and reports key performance metrics.
