About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and client -focused Client Partner to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, seamless process transitions, and day -to -day issue resolution. The Client Partner will act as the primary liaison between our company and our clients, facilitating successful implementations, managing governance meetings, and supporting upselling initiatives. This position requires strong relationship management, problem -solving skills, and a deep understanding of PEO services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of account management experience in the PEO, HR outsourcing, payroll, or employee benefits industry.
  • Strong understanding of PEO services, HR processes, payroll, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proven problem -solving skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM tools and account management software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular check -ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance client experience.
  • Assist in training clients on PEO services, including payroll, benefits, HR support, and compliance.
  • Act as a problem solver for client inquiries and operational issues.
  • Work cross -functionally with payroll, benefits, HR, and compliance teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client issues and resolutions for continuous process improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support upselling and renewal strategies.
  • Assist in contract modifications and service enhancements.
  • Organize and lead weekly and monthly governance meetings with clients.
  • Provide data -driven insights and reports on service performance, compliance updates, and workforce trends.
  • Ensure all client interactions align with service agreements and company policies.
