The Client Partner is responsible for maximizing revenue growth within existing client accounts by developing and deepening relationships, expanding service offerings, and identifying new opportunities across business units. This role owns the account-level revenue strategy, executes growth plans, and drives cross-sell and upsell initiatives through organizational mapping, client meetings, pipeline development, and consultative selling. The Client Partner works closely with Account Managers and Recruiting to ensure strong delivery, identify expansion opportunities tied to program performance, and address risks that could impact revenue. This role leads quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with a focus on value realization, spend growth, solution mix expansion, and long-term account planning. Success is measured by revenue growth, market share, solution revenue mix, and fill rate. You’ll operate at the intersection of enterprise client strategy and delivery excellence, shaping account growth, guiding solution pursuits, and partnering with senior leaders to drive meaningful and measurable outcomes.
