The Client Partner is a career sales professional responsible for supporting new client acquisition efforts across a range of industries, verticals, and company sizes. This role focuses on building foundational prospecting and pipeline development skills while introducing prospective clients to the value of CCL’s Open Enrollment programs. Working in close collaboration with Strategic Business Partners, Business Partners, and cross-functional teams including Marketing and Operations, this role plays a key part in generating new opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process through early-stage engagement and pipeline development. This position is designed for individuals with strong sales acumen, with an emphasis on outbound prospecting, CRM discipline, and effectively positioning CCL’s offerings in the market.
