As a Client Partner, you will serve as the primary day-to-day commercial and operational partner for Kevel’s most strategic retail and commerce media customers. This role co-owns account commercials and expansion targets alongside Retail Media Strategy Leads, ensuring that growth strategies translate into execution, adoption, and measurable revenue outcomes. You will partner directly with retailer media teams, operational leaders, and monetization stakeholders to scale their retail media businesses while driving retention and expansion for Kevel. While commercially accountable, this role remains deeply hands-on - operating as the primary customer success lead across many day-to-day interactions, including cadence calls, troubleshooting, onboarding, product adoption, demos, and implementation support. This is a hybrid commercial and customer success role requiring deep retail media expertise, executive communication skills, and the ability to operationalize complex growth initiatives.
