This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission -based and reflects your personal performance. Agents typically begin part -time and scale up as their consistency and results grow. There are three potential income streams within this model: Our structure rewards integrity, coachability, and consistent effort—not previous experience. You do not need industry experience to succeed. Some of our most successful agents came from completely unrelated fields.
